Job details
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work setting: Urban area. Various locations. High-rise building construction sites. Sheet metal fabrication shop. Manufacture. Tasks: Load, unload and transport construction materials. Operate mobile and tower cranes to lift, move, position or place equipment and materials. Help medical examiner in charge. Assist in demolishing buildings. Clean and pile salvaged materials. Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants. Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites. Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction. Type of materials: Steel, iron and heavy metals. Equipment and machinery experience: Hand tools. Lifting device. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Handling heavy loads. Large workload. Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots.
