*Caproco (1987) Limited* is seeking a skilled Manual Machinist to join our team. As a Manual Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines to fabricate precision parts. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Manual Lathe and Milling Machining. We are looking for a reliable, hard working team player who cares about his or her co-workers as well as customer satisfaction. *Caproco (1987) Limited* provides design, manufacturing, operation and training services related to Internal Corrosion Monitoring and control. *Duties:* - Set up and operate Manual Lathes and Milling Machines to fabricate parts according to specifications - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings - Use hand tools and measuring instruments to ensure accuracy and quality of finished parts - Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process - Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve machining processes - Maintain a clean and organized work area *Experience:* - Proven experience as a Machinist or similar role - Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining principles - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings - Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues If you have the skills and experience we are looking for, we offer competitive pay and benefits.
