Westerner park is currently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) focuses on aligning HR strategies with business goals while also fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Leading a team of two, the HRBP oversees employee relations, addresses concerns, and manages the talent life cycle, including recruitment, development to succession planning. The role also oversees performance management, training and development, employee engagement and the volunteer program. Under the direction of the Manager, Corporate Services, the HRBP is responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Strategic HR Partnership Support- LocationRed Deer, AB
