Education: Bachelor's degree. Architecture and related services, other. Tasks: Create three-dimensional (3-D) models with computer-aided design (CAD). Prepare working drawings. Write specifications. Ensure compliance to drawings, specifications and building codes. Coordinate work activities to ensure commercial or residential projects meet requirements, budget and deadlines properties. Computer and technology knowledge: AutoCAD. Autodesk REVIT. SketchUp. Area of work experience: Specification or technical writing. Area of specialization: Sustainability. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Attention to detail. Screening questions: Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?. Do you currently reside in proximity to the advertised location?. Do you have previous experience in this field of employment?. Do you have the above-indicated required certifications?.
