We are seeking a charismatic, dedicated, and personable customer service representative to join our team! The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries efficiently, and maintaining a positive, professional attitude. *Responsibilities Include:* * Administration office duties * Maintaining customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speedand professionalism * Handle customer and insurance data entry * Speak with customers to discuss damages, repair process and timeline and costs. * Update customers on their repair process and give them correct information on thestatus of his or her repairs * Prepare and inspect all body shop files for accurate posting and payment beforepickup * Handle all payments after the repairs are completed * Close out repair orders * Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reportson customer service issues *Qualifications* * 1 + Years? experience working as a receptionist * 1 Year experience in collision repair Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $37,500.00-$48,000.00 per year Benefits: * On-site parking Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Ability to commute/relocate: * Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Experience: * Customer Service: 3 years (required) * Collision Repair: 2 years (required) Work Location: In person- LocationMississauga, ON
