Do you have experience selling to Service Industry businesses?
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client accounts, and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen understanding of the market, and the ability to negotiate effectively.
With HyrSkills (www.hyrskills.com), we are delivering a new software platform to streamline the hiring process for the Service Industry, making it easier for employers to find the right talent and job seekers to find the right opportunity. Our goal is to shorten the matching process from months to minutes.
*Responsibilities*
* Develop and maintain relationships with employers to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
* Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional service and support, ensuring client needs are met.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
* Utilize HubSpot to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze performance metrics.
* Collaborate with team members to strategize on business development initiatives and share best practices.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing product offerings and benefits.
* Design sales and marketing materials to support our campaigns.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to effectively position our products.
*Requirements*
* An established network of Retail, Foodservice and/or Hospitality contacts is a strong asset.
* Prior experience in Retail, Foodservice or Hospitality is a strong asset.
* Proven experience in sales or account management, within the service industry.
* Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
* Proficiency in using HubSpot or other CRM software for tracking sales activities.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market conditions and customer needs effectively.
* Leadership qualities that foster teamwork and collaboration within the sales team.
* A proactive approach to business development with a focus on achieving results.

Pay: $30,400.00-$50,000.00 per year
