We are passionate about offering a unique and warm experience for our guests and a supportive environment for our staff.</p><p> </p><p>Job Description:</p><p>We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Baker/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for baking, particularly in crafting our signature Japanese cheesecakes, as well as exceptional customer service skills.</p><p> </p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>? Prepare and bake our signature Japanese cheesecakes, along with other baked goods, following Cumulus Cafe's recipes and standards.</p><p>? Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area and equipment.</p><p>? Serve customers with a warm and professional attitude, creating a memorable experience.</p><p>? Take and fulfill customer orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.</p><p>? Operate the cash register and handle transactions efficiently.</p><p>? Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.</p><p>? Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in food preparation and service.</p><p> </p><p>Qualifications:</p><p>? Previous baking experience is preferred, with an interest or experience in Japanese-style desserts being a strong asset.</p><p>? Excellent customer service and communication skills.</p><p>? Ability to work early mornings and weekends, as required.</p><p>? A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively.</p><p>?
