Candidates who want to grow and learn new skills will find a home with our company. *Location: * 274 Sherman Ave N Hamilton, ON L8L 6N6 *Working Hours:* Monday through Sunday ? 20 hours per week *What's in it for you:* * Part-time, year-round position * Competitive compensation * Opportunity to work in a fast-growing company that prioritizes and values its employees *About you:* * At least 1-2 years of property management experience (preferably in a storage company) and willingness to learn the industry * Dedicated, punctual and reliable * Great with technology and is proficient on smartphones/tablets * Physically fit *What you'll be doing:* * Overseeing daily, weekly, and monthly operations * Provide exceptional customer service * Opening and closing the facility * Showing & renting Self-Storage units * Making Collection Calls * Selling merchandise (upsell moving and packing supplies) * Renting trucks and trailers (where applicable) * Responding to inquiries via emails and online * Answering phone calls * Receiving and processing payments * Maintaining a clean office * Performing a facility and locker check * Stocking merchandise area * Maintaining a clean and safe facility * Ensuring all rentable storage units are clean and ready to show to potential clients * Other duties as assigned While we appreciate all applicants, we will only contact selected candidates.
