Position Summary: The New Product Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for the transition of new products and processes from engineering to manufacturing and supply chain. This position will work closely with Design Engineering group to define manufacturing requirements within the New Product Development process and evaluate resource capacity. The NPME will manage cross functional deliverables at seating plant, develop schedules, track progress against these plans, and ensure new products are brought to market on time with expected quality and cost performance. During the Implementation Phase, the successful candidate will act as the primary coordinator between functional groups and the Manufacturing & Supply Chain organization and will ensure that all stakeholder requirements are effectively communicated.
