*Overview* We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nail services and skincare treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. As an Esthetician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall experience of our clients through personalized skincare consultations and treatments. Your expertise will not only help clients achieve their skincare goals but also contribute to the growth of our business through effective sales techniques and product recommendations. *Responsibilities* * Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, waxing, eyelashes tailored to individual client needs. * Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations. * Provide excellent guest services by ensuring clients feel comfortable and valued throughout their visit. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their skincare concerns and recommend appropriate treatments and products. * Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on the benefits of various skincare products. * Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals. * Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client records. * Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and techniques to provide the best service possible. *Experience* * Previous experience as an Esthetician or in a similar role is preferred. * Strong skills in sales, customer service, hospitality, and guest relations are essential for success in this position. * Familiarity with retail sales practices, including upselling techniques and product knowledge. * Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members to foster a positive work environment. * A valid esthetician license is required; additional certifications in specialized treatments are a plus.
