System-wide efforts continue to maximize the impact of existing capabilities to better support the needs of Nova Scotians. Under the guidance of the Program Manager EMR and Integrated Solutions, this position will lead delivery and provide oversight of initiatives that improve access and quality of care for patients province-wide and contribute to administrative burden reduction for community-based health care providers. These may be enhancements to existing Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and Pharmacy Management Systems, or new solutions. The Delivery Lead will manage cross-organization project teams and other consultant resources to deliver on strategic initiatives.<br><br>Representative projects include:</span></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Reducing provider administrative burden through improved health system interoperability, and enhanced EMR Forms design, digitization and management. </span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Improving quality of care by integrating clinical best practice guidelines dire- LocationHalifax, NS
