*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist for 2 days per week to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for our patients. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care, with a focus on pediatrics and acute care settings. The Pharmacist will work collaboratively with the pharmacy manager to provide exceptional pharmaceutical services in a Medical Clinic environment. *Duties* * Review and interpret physician orders to ensure appropriate medication therapy. * Dispense medications accurately and efficiently while providing patient counseling on proper medication administration. * Monitor patient medication regimens for safety, efficacy, and adherence. * Maintain accurate records of medication inventory and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. * Collaborate with physicians to optimize patient outcomes. *Experience* * Proven ability to provide exceptional patient care while managing multiple priorities.
