Education: Bachelor's degree. Work site environment: Industrial/commercial (general). Tasks: Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties and delivery dates. Oversee the preparation of sales and orders. Represent companies that export and import products or services to and from foreign countries. Conduct sales transactions. Prepare and administer sales contracts. Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce. Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support. Reach to clients after sale or signed contracts to provide ongoing support. Resolve product and service related problems. Provide customer service.
