Human resources management and services, other. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Health care institution, facility or clinic. Tasks: Establish and implement policies and procedures. Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies. Manage training and development strategies. Oversee the analysis of employee data and information. Respond to employee questions and complaints.
