*Before applying we are only accepting applicants with minimum 1 year experience using DENTRIX Software.* Duties: - Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office - Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using the INTIVEO System - Manage patient records and update information as necessary - Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims - Collect payments from patients and provide receipts - Assist with billing and financial inquiries - Maintain a clean and organized reception area Skills: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff - Proficient in using phone systems and computer software for scheduling and record keeping (DENTRIX SOFTWARE- MUST HAVE MINIMUM 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE) - Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus We are seeking a friendly and professional Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
