Description ActiveState is seeking a skilled Senior HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our human resources function. This role is critical in fostering a high-performing, inclusive, and engaged workplace culture that supports our mission to deliver innovative solutions to our customers. Reporting to the CFO, you will manage culture-building initiatives, performance management, compliance and employee relations. You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership and a champion for employees, ensuring that HR policies and practices align with the company's goals and values.
