We are seeking a Maternity Leave Coverage Medical Office Assistant to help us serve out patients efficiently and compassionately at a busy specialists office. Medical office experience, MUST have knowledge of Accuro, and basic medical terminology is an asset. This job position includes but is not limited to: -Transcribing -Basic Audio Testing (Training Provided) -Cleaning and getting examination rooms ready for patients -Putting patients in exam rooms -Pre-testing (Training Provided) -Assisting with other office duties as needed -Basic Medical Receptionist duties The ideal candidate must be friendly, outgoing and highly organized and needs to have excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to multi- task in a fast-paced environment. Clinic days require you to be on your feet most of the day. We are looking for someone who possesses an abundance of confidence and has the ability to communicate effectively. Although this position is a maternity leave contract, the right candidate will be offered a permanent position.
