<p><span>My client, a company that has been around for over 50 years and is a leader in building foundation repair near Saint-Bruno. They are looking for a controller/accountant. They have over a hundred employees. This is to manage the complete accounting cycle, supervise 2 employees, prepare financial statements and supervise payroll and benefits. Pleasant boss and environment. </span><span> </span></p><p><b><span>Tasks:</span></b><span></span><span> </span></p><p><span>-Manage daily accounting (payables, receivables, payroll, cash flow);?</span><span> </span></p><p><span>-Manage the complete accounting cycle;?</span><span> </span></p><p><span>-Supervise 2 accounting clerks</span><span> </span></p><p><span>-Prepare financial statements monthly and perform various account analyses; </span><span> </span></p><p><span>-Improve financial processes and internal controls for inventory management; </span><span> </span></p><p><span>-Collaborate with the sales and production department</span><span> </span></p><p><span>-Prepare and present the performance bonus</span><span> </span></p><p><span>-Establish and control financial forecasts</span><span> </span></p><p><span>-Perform various financial data analyses;</span><span> </span></p><p><span>-Coordinate the production of government reports; </span><span> </span></p><p><span>-All other related tasks;?</span><span> </span></p><p><span></span><span> </span></p><p><b><span>Ideal candidate:</span></b><span></span><span> </span></p><p><span>-Bachelor of Accounting</span><span> </span></p><p><span>-Minimum 5 years of experience in a controller position;?</span><span> </span></p><p><span>-Experience in the construction industry and in project accounting.</span><span> </span></p><p><span>-Advanced Excel software level; </span><span> </span></p><p><span>-Have knowledge of Maestro software (an asset)</span><span> </span></p><p><span>-Excellent analytical and synthesis skills; </span><span> </span></p><p><span>-Resourceful; teamwork, positive leader</span><span> </span></p><p><span>-Proactive, dynamic, good communicator,</span><span> </span></p><p><span>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Good knowledge of tax standards. </span><span> </span></p><p><span></span><span> </span></p><p><b><span>Conditions:</span></b><span></span><span> </span></p><p><span>-Full-time, permanent position. </span><span> </span></p><p><span>-Salary ranging from $90K-115K+ depending on experience</span><span> </span></p><p><span>-Two days of telework</span><span> </span></p><p><span>-Group insurance (dental, medication, travel, disability, life)</span><span> </span></p><p><span>-RVER</span><span> </span></p><p><span>-Discounts on meals</span><span> </span></p><p><span>-Parking on site.?</span><span> </span></p>- LocationSaint-Bruno-de-Montarville, QC
