*GH Renovations Inc*. is a rapidly growing company in the property management space and is looking to add a Licensed Exterminator. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest infestations and determine treatment plans. * Apply pest control treatments and set traps to eliminate unwanted pests. * Maintain accurate records of services provided and follow-up as necessary. * Advise clients on preventive measures to maintain pest-free environments. * Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations. Qualifications: * Must possess a valid exterminator license in Ontario. * Must possess a valid driver license in Ontario * Proven experience in pest control and extermination. * Strong knowledge of pest control methods, chemicals, and equipment. * Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Good communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Must be punctual and reliable. Job Types: Full-time, Casual Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year Additional pay: * Bonus pay Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday Licence/Certification: * Pesticide licences/Exterminator licences (required) * Driving Licence (required) Work Location: In person- LocationNorth York, ON
