*Commercial Truck Driver Trainer/Instructor* The ideal candidate will be someone who has a proven track record as a commercial vehicle truck driver, coupled with patient training/instructional skills to develop entry level students. The role of the Driver Trainer is to counsel and instruct students in a professional manner. * Valid AZ license, with a minimum of 5 years recent experience (resume must reflect this in order to be considered) * Recent Manual Transmission experience * Maintain accurate student progress records * Be prepared to instruct, supervise and monitor student's actions in all phases of training and ensure students compliance with program policy * Evaluate students daily, make formal evaluations on a regular schedule by utilizing appropriate academic and skills tests * Serve as a role model to the student as to dress, conduct and attitude * Knowledge of current provincial and federal regulations relating to the trucking industry * Work well under pressure and take initiative * Possess strong communication skills * Be able to work extended hours and additional days/evenings/weekends as required * Have the ability to stand/sit for extended periods of time * Have the ability to be in and out of the vehicles repeatedly as required Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal Pay: From $24.00 per hour Benefits: * Casual dress * Company events * Flexible schedule * On-site parking Schedule: * 10 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Every Weekend * Monday to Friday * Morning shift Application question(s): * Are you located in Ontario, with a valid AZ License?
