WE HAVE TOO MANY LEADS AND NEEDS AGENTS TO HELP US!! Our team is growing and we need an additional Buyer Specialist to work with Buyer clients exclusively. We provide everything you need to be successful including broker and sales manager support, experienced agent mentoring and a supportive culture unique to this industry. This straight commission sales position has no ceiling on income. Responsibilities: Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale Arrange and manage open houses to encourage sales Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process Qualifications: Has superb interpersonal and communication skills Be an advocate for your clients Be resolutely persistent when challenges arise Get to know your clients and determine their needs while building rapport Communicate clearly both written and verbally Experience in customer service and real estate sales is a plus Experience with the local real estate market and general trends Detail oriented regarding contract writing and review Display a people-oriented, positive and customer-focused attitude. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30,000.00-$90,000.00 per year Additional pay: * Commission pay Benefits: * Company events * Flexible schedule * On-site parking * Work from home Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Licence/Certification: * Ontario Real Estate License or Enrolled with Humber College (required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kitchener, ON
