Tasks: Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens and other work areas. Clear fields of wood and stones. Grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to the size, shape, colour and volume to fetch high price in market.. Level earth to fine grade specifications. Maintain and manage growth of vines, vine canopy and grapes. Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops. Weeding. Harvest crops. Maintain work records and logs. Perform general farm duties. Write daily basic progress reports. Cut horticultural crops. Hand harvesting vegetables. Apply the technique of hoeing between the row. Follow sustainable soy farming practices such as crop rotation, reduced-till or no-till, water and nutrient management, precision farming technology and cover crops.
