Job details
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Ensure accuracy of financial transactions. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Manage accounts payable. Authorize payments by cheque. Document and prepare invoices and work orders. Organize and maintain procedures for the keeping of records. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel. MS Outlook. MS PowerPoint. MS Word. Spreadsheet. Accounting software. Area of work experience: Invoices. Screening questions: Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?. Do you currently reside in proximity to the advertised location?.
