*Job Description:*
We are seeking a positive, professional, hardworking, administrative professional who wants to learn and grow with our company. We have expanded rapidly in the last year and need team support for daily tasks. Our company is a small, adaptable environment where we expect people to wear many hats and take on various tasks to work as a team. We are a tight-knit crew that believes in strong communication, and we aim for a work hard/play hard culture.
This position can be in-office at our Dartmouth location or hybrid remote. (Must be able to commit to at least one day at the office.)

*Office Responsibilities:*
* Maintain supplies, contracts, cleanliness, and general office upkeep
* Greet customers and receive incoming phone calls from new and existing customers
* Run errands for supplies, banking, etc.
* Send / Receive packages and shipments for business
* Light physical duties where required (moving, setting up, boxing and unboxing items)
* Assist with all other daily tasks where needed and be flexible with roles and duties
*Remote Responsibilities: *
* Respond to online inquiries
* Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism
* Maintain and update employee and organizational data in HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards and privacy regulations.
* Coordinating and maintaining multiple management calendars, prioritizing and scheduling meetings and engagements efficiently
* Work with the current admin and management team to support their roles and duties, including filing paperwork, documentation, recordkeeping, contacting customers, scheduling, etc.
* Manage company fleet, tracking necessary repairs and upkeep, manage truck rentals for traveling technicians
* Support the Solar/Electrical team by liaising with Nova Scotia Power, (pulling and tracking permits and fees, booking inspections, sourcing consumer usage information)
* Support the HSQE team with implementing maintenance schedules and office safety requirements
Work with the current admin and management team to support their roles and duties, including filing paperwork, documentation, recordkeeping, contacting customers, scheduling, etc.
*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
* Certificate or diploma in Office Administration is nice but not required
* Self starter with a can-do attitude
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
* Ability to quickly change priorities as needed.
