We are seeking a skilled *Production Manager* to oversee our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring production efficiency, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives. *Responsibilities* * Manage and coordinate production activities to meet production goals * Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles * Oversee the fabrication and assembly processes * Monitor and optimize supply chain operations * Utilize MRP and SAP systems for production planning and inventory control * Lead quality control efforts to ensure products meet standards *Qualifications* * Approval of Custom Millwork & Cabinetry Specialist with a proven track record in millwork, cabinetry, and custom woodworking in kitchen. * Mechanical knowledge with experience in a manufacturing environment * Proficiency in SAP, MRP systems, and Lean manufacturing principles * Strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies * Ability to fabricate, assemble, and troubleshoot production processes * Knowledge of supply chain management practices If you are a results-driven individual with a passion for driving operational excellence in a manufacturing setting, we encourage you to apply for this challenging yet rewarding position as a Production Manager.
