<p><b>Who are we ?</b></p><p>Since 1988, Innovox Microcircuit offer various electronic card assembly services for the benefit of a very diverse clientele. The equipment used is recent and at the cutting edge of technology.</p><p><b>What is the position ?</b></p><p>We are presently searching for an SMT machine operator. Under the supervision of the director of production, the candidate?s main task will be to prepare and see to the correct operating performance of the surface mount (SMT) assembly line equipment for the placement of components on printed circuit boards. The ideal candidate will be someone autonomous, thorough and very detailoriented.</p><p><b>Vos responsabilités</b></p><ul><li>Operate and monitor an automated machine for insertion of electronic components using the surface mount technology (SMT) ;</li><li>Adjust and run the printing equipment to apply the solder paste using the SMT ;</li><li>Load and validate positioning of the feeders to ensure proper feeding of the machine according to the selected program ;</li><li>Feed the machine with printed circuit boards, and monitor production flow ;</li><li>Analyze printing non-conformances and initiate proper corrective actions ;</li><li>Detect malfunctions related to products and production tools, and initiate corrective actions ;</li><li>Perform simple maintenance tasks ;</li><li>Perform other related tasks.</li></ul><p><b>What do you need to get the job ?</b></p><ul><li>Experience as machine operator ;</li><li>Ability to read and understand technical drawings, ability to read serigraphy on PCB ;</li><li>Ability to run the computerized command of the machine ;</li><li>Knowledge and respect of acceptability standards currently in place ;</li><li>Knowledge of electronic parts, including orientation, polarisation and component values ;</li><li>Knowledge of material and products used and ability to select them according to the process used (RoHS or not) ;</li><li>Basic knowledge of electrostatic discharge (ESD) ;</li><li>Interest and ability to use computers ;</li><li>Autonomous and flexible ;</li><li>French and/or English, written and spoken.</li></ul><p><b>The little extras that set you apart</b></p><ul><li>Knowledge of the IPC-610 standard ;</li><li>Knowledge of procedures and inspection techniques.</li></ul><p><b>Work conditions</b></p><ul><li>Permanent full time ;</li><li>40 hours per week ;</li><li>Schedule Monday to Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m</li></ul>- LocationMascouche, QC
