*Position Overview:*
We are seeking a detail-oriented *Part-Time Administrative Assistant* to support our office manager, mortgage brokers, and investment representatives. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative, bookkeeping, and reception duties.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Act as the first point of contact when dealing with phone calls, correspondence, and inquiries,
* Maintain accurate accounting records for three separate corporations, with monthly reporting using Simply/Sage and Excel.
* Work with brokers to create & maintain databases, documents, and spreadsheets
* Maintain office inventory levels, ensuring a consistent supply of essential items through timely ordering and replenishment, thereby supporting the smooth operation of office activities.
*Desired Qualifications:*
· Working knowledge of MS Office
· Knowledge of Simply/Sage is a plus
· Prior work experience in an administrative capacity
*Location & Hours:*
This is an onsite job, with hours 9:00-1:00 or 10:00-2:00 daily, with opportunities for full day work for vacation coverage. Vacation time of 2 weeks per year or 4% paid.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
