_Part-time Experienced Photographer _ Precision Media & Marketing is a collaborative real estate marketing firm specializing in RMS Measurement, Photography, 360 ? Tours, Floor Plans and Virtual Staging. *We are looking for an experienced part time photographer to join our team.* Requirements: * Must have own camera with 16mm full frame equivalent lens and tripod * Laptop computer no older than 3 years * Cellular phone and data plan, ability to submit RAW files from the field * Valid Driver?s License and clean driver?s abstract * Reliable vehicle * Successful applicant will be required to submit a clean Police Clearance check including Vulnerable Sector search * Fluent in English, written and oral * Experience using Lightroom and Photoshop is considered an asset * Experience photographing residential properties is considered an asset * Experience with videography is considered an asset The ideal candidate: * A high degree of professionalism * Meticulous and detail-oriented nature * Self-motivated and able to work independently * Punctual, Flexible and Adaptable This is a part-time contract position and compensation is provided on a per project basis. Appointments vary and can run from 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. Evening and weekend work is also available on a limited basis. There is potential for the right person to expand to other areas of the company including RMS Measurement, iGUIDE 360? tours and drone photography.
