Duties/Responsibilities: * Work with Project Managers and other field team members in assessing and processing flood and fire damage * Use moisture testing equipment and proper scoping techniques to layout drying protocols and moisture mapping plans * Organize and arrange appropriate equipment and materials needed to mitigate damages * Communicate, direct and delegate tasks to field labourers * Ensure site protection is installed properly * Organize and run jobs in a resourceful and time efficient manner * Practice on the job safety and encourage safety among the team * Install, operate and maintain all equipment safely and adhere to manufacturer's guidelines * Any and all other duties as may be required from time to time Required Skills/Abilities: * Strong time management and organizational skills and able to meet deadlines * Excellent customer service skills * Familiar with hand-held tools and equipment * Deadline and detail-oriented * The ability to handle a regular physical workload, and lift at least 50lbs * A valid driver?s license, with a clean driving record BENEFITS OF THIS ROLE: * Competitive pay * Dental care * Extended health care * Vision care * Paid Vacation time off * A healthy work/life balance * Educational assistance * Internal growth opportunities Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $16.00-$22.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 per week Additional pay: * Overtime pay Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Paid time off * Vision care Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * On call Experience: * Restoration: 1 year (required) Licence/Certification: * Class 5 Licence (required) Work Location: In person- LocationSaskatoon, SK
