*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Drywall Finisher to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drywall installation and finishing, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role involves preparing and finishing drywall surfaces to ensure high-quality results. *Responsibilities* * Apply joint compound and tape to seams, ensuring smooth finishes for walls and ceilings. * Sand and polish finished surfaces to achieve a flawless appearance. * Conduct repairs on existing drywall installations, including patching holes and imperfections. * Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure timely project completion. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. *Qualifications* * Proven experience as a Drywall Finisher or similar role in the construction industry. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills. * Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. * Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks associated with drywall finishing.
