We?re searching for an enthusiastic finance graduate seeking to build a career in the financial services and life insurance space. This role sits at the intersection of technology and insurance, requiring you to manage prospective buyers and clients who come to our digital platform. The selected candidate will deliver informed and accurate advice on a wide variety of life and living benefit insurance products in a charismatic, helpful manner. Our team is growing, and this role offers significant opportunities for career advancement. *Responsibilities* * No cold calling ? we have a strong inbound acquisition channel. * Manage relationships and deliver excellent customer service. * Explain how life insurance and related products work, providing expert advice and guidance to customers. * Assist customers with our digital tools and guide them through the application and underwriting process. * Review digital life insurance applications for accuracy before submission to insurance carriers. * Help customers submit medical and non-medical forms and schedule appointments required to satisfy underwriting requirements. * Regularly communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, web, and video chat. * Demonstrate expertise in non-face-to-face carrier workflows, underwriting processes, and software tools. * Act as the primary feedback channel between customers and product teams, driving improvements to our process and technology. *Requirements* * Work experience or interest in life and living benefit insurance sales or service. * Life insurance broker license or LLQP is a must. * Passion for customer service and the value of insurance. * Excellent communication skills?whether in person, via email, or on phone calls. * A deep love of technology and staying up to date with digital trends. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * High standards of ethics and integrity. * Creativity and a natural inclination to think outside the box are highly valued. * Motivation to learn, grow professionally, and contribute to the company's growth and culture. * Enjoy working as part of a team but also self-motivated. *Salary and Benefits* PolicyAdvisor is a fast-growing company, offering an excellent opportunity to assume a leadership role.
