Responsibilities: - Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand - Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas - Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition - Sweep and mop dish area floors - Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas - Clean food preparation areas, facilities, or equipment Requirements: - Previous experience as a dishwasher preferred but not required - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and cleanliness - Ability to work well in a team setting - Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines Skills: - Clean: The ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards is crucial for this role. - Help: Willingness to assist other team members and take on additional tasks as needed. Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
