*Job Summary* We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Child and Youth Worker to provide services for Youth At Risk Youth. This role requires a nurturing attitude and the ability to handle various tasks related to Youth with Dual Diagnosis, Addictions, Trauma, Mental Health Issues *Duties* * Engage and build Rapport with youth * Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being. * Collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. * Administrator medications when required. * Complete shift case notes, complete SORS to MCSS standard. * Attend training courses as required *Requirements* * MUST have completed SSW, CYW, DSW from a recognized college. * MUST have current CPI, or PMAB, First Aid/CPR certificates * MUST have current VSC * MUST have minimum 2 years experience working with At Risk Youth, and be familiar with resources and Social Services in London. * Must be able to work flexible hours as needed. * MUST have a valid driver's license, and reliable vehicle, with $ 5,000,000 liability Join our team as a Child and Youth Worker to make a positive impact in the lives of Our Youth Job Type: Casual Pay: $24.00-$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 12 ? 35 per week Benefits: * Casual dress * Flexible schedule Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift * Monday to Friday * Morning shift * Night shift * On call * Overtime * Weekends as needed Experience: * Working with youth: 2 years (required) Language: * English (required) Licence/Certification: * Valid Drivers License (required) * CYW,SSW (required) Work Location: In person Application deadline: 2024-11-30- LocationLondon, ON
