<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><ul><li>Greets customers and takes their order.</li><li>Prepares and serves hot and cold beverages, milkshakes and other specialties.</li><li>Properly handle and maintain all equipment.</li><li>Cleans and sanitizes work areas, utensils, equipment and service areas.</li><li>Checks temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, and all equipment to ensure proper functionality.</li><li>Describes menu items to customers or suggests products that might appeal to them.</li><li>Provides customers with product details from the menu or preparation descriptions as requested.</li><li>Receives and processes customer payments, following appropriate cash-handling procedures.</li><li>Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner.</li><li>Serves prepared foods to customers quickly and efficiently.</li><li>Stocks customer service stations with snacks.</li><li>Check inventory and notify assistant manager when a product is low in stock.</li><li>Observe relevant health and safety standards.</li><li>Performs other related duties as needed.</li></ul><p><strong>Job Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Education: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)</li><li>Experience: A few months to one year of related experience</li><li>Certification: Food Handler/Safety (Mandatory)</li><li>Work: Legal Documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in Canada</li><li>Ability to work part-time including variable hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.</li><li>Physical Requirements: Ability to lift boxes of snacks, water bottles and inventory items.</li></ul><p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><ul><li>Prepares and serves specialty beverages, milkshakes, ice cream and snacks to patrons.</li><li>Assists other co-workers</li><li>Meet store operating policies and standards including safety, security, cash handling, providing quality products with or without reasonable accommodation</li><li>Engage in friendly and clear communication with customers</li><li>Available to perform multitasks during shift</li></ul></div>Company Description<div>Shakespeer Exotic Snacks & Dairy Bar</div></div><h3>Company Description</h3><div>Shakespeer Exotic Snacks & Dairy Bar</div>- LocationHalifax, NS
