It is the job of an HVAC technician to investigate factors that affect the heating, ventilation and cooling process and finding solutions to solve the problem._ *Responsibilities & Duties* * _Install, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment._ * _Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring on HVAC equipment._ * _Assists with preventative maintenance of equipment_ * _Participates in the on-call rotation (7days x 24hr)_ * _Reviews and interprets engineered drawings / plans_ * _Responds and follows up with customer concerns / questions_ *Work Conditions* * _Field work (outdoors, dusty/dirty environments)_ * _Driving (sitting for extended periods, maintaining focus and alertness while operating company vehicle)_ * _At times it may be necessary for the HVAC Technician to work outside of the regular workday hours to complete their duties._ * _Travelling out-of-town as required._ *Certificates, Licenses, Registrations* * _HVAC (G2) certification required_ * _Valid Driver's License_ _*\*Remuneration is based on experience\**_ _For more information about our company, please visit our website at https://bisschops.ca/_ _We thank all who apply, however, only those selected will be contacted._ Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Additional pay: * Overtime pay Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * RRSP match Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 10 hour shift * 12 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Overtime Licence/Certification: * Driver's License (preferred) * Gas (G2) License (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationGreater Sudbury, ON
