*Overview* We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing financial insights and supporting strategic decision-making within the organization. *Duties* * Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. * Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders. * Conduct financial modeling and forecasting to support business planning. * Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant data for comprehensive analysis. * Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial audits. * Research market conditions and investment opportunities to inform strategic decisions. * Maintain accurate records and documentation of financial transactions. *Experience* * Proven experience in financial analysis or a related field is preferred. * Proficiency in analytics tools and software, including Tableau, Dynamics GP, or SAP. * Strong research skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights. * Familiarity with financial auditing processes is a plus. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in Microsoft Word. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
