Proscapes is currently looking to hire _*EXPERIENCED OPERATORS*_ *(Front End Loader, Skid Steer, Plow Truck, Grader) for Snow Removal Operations.* We offer competitive wages with benefits. We offer well maintained, newer equipment (2018 - 2025 John Deere) *SEASONAL BONUS IF YOU SHOW UP TO EVERY SHIFT ENDING APRIL 15* We require a successful candidate to: * Have experience clearing snow - both private and city street snow removal * Have experience using a 4-in-1 Blade (considered an asset) * Ensuring that all maintenance is compiled on a daily basis * Must know the city well to be able to get around site to site. _Successful candidates interpersonal skills needed to take direction and coordinate their efforts with their crew and foremans, while maintaining a positive and respectful work environment._ _Successful candidates will also be able to maintain a \*safety-minded\* and \*high accountability\* work culture when working with their direct supervisors, and other employees while maintaining a positive and respectful work environment._ *\*\*\* Successful candidates must have a driving record free of major infractions, and must pass a medical/fitness exam, as conditions of employment. \*\*\** You can apply with your resume, and driver?s abstract (if you currently have one), via email by replying to this ad.
