Experience writing for the web and with Markdown, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript. Preferred qualifications: Experience with REST-based technologies (e.g., HTTP, JSON, XML, YAML). Experience assisting non-writers with developmental and copy editing. Familiarity with API management, Cloud, Cloud/Hybrid, Multi-Cloud, or Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) technologies and practices. Proven track record of researching and writing effective documentation for developers and dev-ops. Ability to design information architecture for- LocationWaterloo, ON
