*POSITION OVERVIEW and RESPONSIBILITIES:*
Through use of emerging technology, a strong work ethic, progressive thinking and continual innovation, CMB Erectors is poised to become a leader in metal building package erection and steel structure enveloping. Due to this growth, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support other staff in administrative tasks. We are eager to fill our office with the most talented people in the industry. Whether you work as field staff, project management / estimating, or administration, we seek candidates who are driven to pursue excellence in their given field. This position will average 30-40 hours a week.
*TASKS INCLUDE:*
* Data Entry; submitting digital time card information into spreadsheets, tracking materials costs
* Drafting invoices in hard copy and digital format
* Keeping office supplies stocked
* Materials purchasing for active projects
* Answering telephone calls from customers, government agencies, and business associates
* Manage Email and social media communications and accounts
* Creating new Standard Operating Procedures for future staff, field and office
* Various tasks as required
*QUALIFICATIONS:*
* Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
* Specific understanding of Microsoft Excel
* QuickBooks proficiency an asset
* Well organized
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to manage time and multitask
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Highly ambitious
