*Position Overview:* We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Railing Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing and maintaining various types of railing systems. They should possess a strong understanding of safety protocols, construction techniques, and possess excellent craftsmanship to ensure high-quality installations. *Responsibilities:* * Installation of Premium Frameless Glass, Picket, and Glass Panel Aluminum Railing systems, Privacy screens and More among other essential responsibilities. * Measure and cut railing components accurately to ensure proper fit and alignment. * Secure railing components securely to the deck or structure using appropriate fasteners and hardware. * Inspect existing railing systems for damage or wear and perform necessary repairs or replacements. * Ensure that all installations meet safety standards and building codes. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide recommendations accordingly. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of tools and materials. * Collaborate with other team members and Head Office as needed to complete projects on time . * Keep abreast of industry trends, new materials, and installation techniques to continually improve skills and knowledge. *Requirements:* * Proven experience as a railing installer. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and construction plans. * Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations related to railing installations. * Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools effectively and safely. * Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions. * Valid drivers license is required. *Benefits:* * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Health insurance benefits. * Opportunities for advancement and professional development. * Positive and supportive work environment. * Join our team and become a key contributor to delivering exceptional railing installation that enhance the beauty and functionality of outdoor spaces for our clients.
