*Position Overview*
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations. This role is key to managing the kitchen staff, maintaining food quality, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. You?ll oversee menu development, inventory management, and team leadership to uphold our commitment to culinary excellence.
*What You?ll Do*
· Oversee kitchen operations, including hiring, training, and scheduling staff.
· Develop and implement menus, recipes, and portion guidelines.
· Maintain food quality, cost controls, and safety standards.
· Collaborate with the Catering and Restaurant teams to ensure seamless service for events and daily operations.
· Manage inventory, requisitions, and supplier relations to ensure the quality and availability of ingredients.
· Lead health and safety inspections and uphold a clean, organized kitchen environment.
Inspire and mentor the culinary team to drive innovation and efficiency.

*What We?re Looking For*
Canadian Certified Chef qualification is an asset.
Food Handler Certification.
*Experience:*
Minimum 3 years of experience in a culinary leadership role.
Expertise in menu design, kitchen management, inventory, and cost control.
*Skills:*
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to create innovative menus that align with market trends.
Other Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment.
Must reliably commute
