Last Minute)* Benefit options for FT staff\* Responsibilities include: * Assess patients to identify appropriate nursing interventions. * Collaborate to plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate patient care. * Monitor, assess, address, document, and report symptoms and changes in patient's conditions. * Provide nursing care. Requirements include: * Geriatrics and Palliative care. * Completion of college (CEGEP) vocational or technical training. * Completion of University. * Licensure as a Registered Nurse by the appropriate province or territory of work. * Eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse by the appropriate province or territory of work. * Registered Staff must have 1-year paid experience in Canada.
