*PROJECT MANAGER ? Civil, Concrete and Buildings* We are seeking career-minded individuals who will grow with our company with the goal of continued job advancement *Responsibilities:* * Be responsible and accountable for the successful delivery of medium to large commercial and industrial construction projects * Oversee all stages of project lifecycle from estimating and bidding, through construction, to commissioning and handover * Monitor and manage project safety, schedule and budget while upholding the highest quality * Maintain communication with all project stakeholders, including project team, consultants, client and regulatory bodies * Manage all aspects of contract administration *The successful candidate will: * * Have 10+ years experience estimating and managing commercial, industrial, and institutional construction projects with a proven track record of successful outcomes * Be fluent in reading construction blueprints * Be competent managing multiple projects at the same time * Be familiar with common construction and business software and be able to learn new company specific software. * Have strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team. * Be able to work in an environment with pressure and tight deadlines * Be able to work full time in Terrace BC We offer competitive industry wages, medical and dental benefits, and group retirement plan.
