Our pharmacy has been recently renovated with state-of-the-art computer software and automation allowing us to provide a wide range of services efficiently. Campbell River is a rapidly growing area that has much to offer. It is situated oceanside on beautiful Vancouver Island about an hour and a half north of Nanaimo. We have numerous lakes and trails, golf courses, skiing, fishing and a new hospital all within 30 minutes. *Benefits:* * Wage: $33.00-$38.00/hr based on experience * Signing bonus * Extended benefits * RRSP plan * Store discount * Payment of licensing and association fees * 3 weeks vacation *Responsibilities:* * Providing exceptional patient care and customer service * Processing and preparing prescriptions and performing the final technical check * Providing training and technical instruction on medical devices such as blood glucose meters, nebulizers, insulin etc. * Checking compliance packaging * General housekeeping, inventory and Script-Pro management, processing transactions through the till *Qualifications:* * Licensed pharmacy technician and in good standing with BC College of Pharmacists * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Kroll experience is an asset * Good organization skills and attention to detail *Additional information* The position is for a *full-time pharmacy technician (32-40 hours a week). *You would be required to work at our Pharmasave Bridge sister location when needed (1-2 days a week and vacation coverage). Pharmasave Willow Point is open Monday-Saturday 9am-6pm closed Sundays and statutory holidays and Pharmasave Bridge is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm closed weekends and statutory holidays.
