*Business Name: *Indo Food Service Ltd. *Business Operating Name:* ?Rasa Flavours of India? *Business Address:* 1535 Dresden Row, Unit R-12, Halifax, Nova Scotia, B3J 3T1 We?re looking for an Indian Fine Cuisine cook with a minimum 2-years professional experience cooking East Indian Cuisine. *Job Duties:* · Prepare and cook different types of Indian food · Plan menu and ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions · Inspect kitchens and food services areas · Manage kitchen operations · Work with minimal supervision · Be experienced in the above task · The candidate must have basic conversation level knowledge of English · The candidate must have experience working with a tandoor to make Indian breads and kebabs. *Education Requirement:* There is no formal education requirement though a certification or formal education in commercial professional cookery will be considered an asset. *Language:* The language of the workplace is English.
