The pharmacy is not performing as well as it could, and we need someone who can help boost business and improve overall operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>? Manage the pharmacy's day-to-day operations, ensuring everything is done according to the College of Pharmacists of BC's</strong> rules and standards.</p><p>? Oversee dispensing, stock control, and the performance of pharmacy staff.</p><p>? Provide top-notch service to our customers, offering medication advice and support when needed.</p><p>? Find ways to increase sales and improve efficiency, including customer outreach and promotions.</p><p>? Work with doctors and other healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient care.</p><p>? Keep accurate records and make sure we're always compliant with regulations.</p><p>? Lead the team and make sure everyone is focused on giving great service.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>? Must be licensed and in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia</strong>.</p><p>? Previous experience managing a pharmacy is preferred but not essential.</p><p>? Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations.</p><p>? Good communication skills and a willingness to take charge.</p><p>?
