*Job Overview* We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and drive projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of project management methodologies. This role requires effective communication with stakeholders, team members, and vendors to ensure project goals are met on time and within scope. *Duties* * Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. * Develop comprehensive project plans that align with organizational goals. * Utilize tools such as Project Server, Workday, Basecamp, and ServiceNow for project tracking and reporting. * Implement Agile methodologies including Kanban and SAFe to enhance team productivity. * Supervise project teams, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. * Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners for successful project execution. * Conduct requirements gathering sessions to identify stakeholder needs and expectations. * Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as necessary. * Facilitate regular status meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project milestones. *Skills* * Proficiency in project management software including Project Server, Workday, Basecamp, and ServiceNow. * Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Kanban and SAFe. * Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively. * Experience in vendor management and building strong professional relationships. * Strong analytical skills for requirements gathering and problem-solving. * Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
