As a Full-Time Customer Service Manager and Front Desk Staff member, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, and staff. Responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, managing front desk, and supporting the overall smooth operation of the studio. Your role will be crucial in creating a welcoming & Relaxing atmosphere and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. If you are looking for something long term, this may be the job for you *Duties* * Manage appointment scheduling and bookings, including handling phone calls and inquiries. * Highly sales driven * Educate clients on our services, promotions, and products. * Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently. * Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio. * Address and resolve client concerns or issues in a prompt and professional manner. * Support the team in maintaining high standards of customer service and studio presentation. * Manage staff, scheduling, Social media accounts, overall functionality of the studio and its performance *Skills* * Outgoing Friendly, highly motivated.
