Intermediate Architectural Technologist Location: Downtown Toronto (5 days in office) Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 About the Role: City Build Recruitment is seeking an Intermediate Architectural Technologist for an exciting opportunity with one of our reputable clients in downtown Toronto. This role will immerse you in impactful projects across sectors including institutional buildings, affordable housing, and more. We are looking for a skilled, motivated professional who excels in technical design and is passionate about creating spaces that enhance communities. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with architects and project managers on institutional and affordable housing projects Prepare detailed architectural drawings, technical specifications, and 3D models for a variety of project types Assist in coordinating with consultants, clients, and stakeholders- LocationToronto, ON
