At Richcraft we are seeking a Construction Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely. *Responsibilities:* * Assist with setting up job sites, including loading and unloading materials. * Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and construction waste/materials. * Clean units under construction both inside and out. * Performs tasks including drywall patching, paint touch-ups, and caulking. * Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment. * Perform intense physical labour on a daily basis. *Qualifications and Skills:* Required: * Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks. * Ability to work well in a team environment. * Excellent communication skills. * Valid Driver?s license and a personal vehicle. Nice-to-have: * Prior experience in construction or related field. * Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment. * Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in construction sites.
